Any scene is not final, and any event is not the last.

We normally live in fear. I have read many things regarding conquering fears, but I can say I am not fearless.
Fears are regular visitors to my life in matters concerning family, friends, relatives, and strangers. I am also not often comfortable in new surroundings, hearing some disturbing events, unfulfilled expectations, diminishing recognition, and many roughnesses in our ways moving forward.
When I question myself about whether I am alone in these fears, my inner voice denies it forcefully.
When I interact with people a little closely, to my surprise, they are also carrying heavy baggage of a variety of fears.
On one occasion, I was more fearful than others in the same condition. Then I started asking myself why.
Some years ago, I had been travelling by train. As I reached the railway station, I was disturbed, looking at the sea of passengers. Though I was okay in all respects for travelling, the rush of people at the station forced me to self-talk about not travelling on the last day of the festival times again. It was the might of fear that prevented me from being bold. Within half an hour, things were fully in order. Co-passengers in my compartment who were not okay with berths, luggage, and kids were more comfortable than me. Looking out the window of my berth, I revisited my decision on the train itself and found that it was a drama of half an hour, and occasionally it happens.
The above event was not an isolated incident. When I get panicky or when things are happening differently, I instantly question why it is so.
Somewhere I read, "Any scene is not final." Now I have internalized this statement and remain largely calm in stormy or volatile conditions.
Somebody told me that problems strike, but with solutions. Now I think more about the remedies than the problems. It takes time. Still, it is indeed a great measure to reduce the adverse impact of a bad scenario.
Going through the toughness of real-life situations, I have learned how to deal with them. When there is no rain, we can’t know how to get protected in the rain.
When we are in scarcity, we come to know how to live fully, despite such odds. I don’t allow the "feeling of less" to stay in my mind for long.
World affairs are not constant. Episodes are giving birth to many other episodes. How to be less fearful at all times is a skill, and we have to be good at it.
There was a worldwide panic in the years 2020 and 2021. What happened during that time is still on our minds. There was a large-scale loss of lives and livelihoods across the globe. Nevertheless, the power of resilience in the human race has brought things around the world into order, and we are going forward.
We can’t predict what will happen in the next few seconds. But we must tell ourselves that they are going to be realities and not insecurities.
To face the fears head-on, it is imperative to forget other options. People seek the exit route when they are surrounded by uneasy situations. Then what happens? Where fear is the input, even under normal circumstances, the output is missing the target.
When we are careful about food intake, breathing air, and drinking water, we are most likely to be free from many ailments. It is a preventive measure to reduce the fear of health issues.
When we are more concerned about exposure and education, our dependents are most likely to be good humans. There is minimal space for fears of their future.
All things around us are in flux. We have to adjust and readjust without being quick judgmental.
Above all, we can now say that most of our fears are in our minds, and now it is our first task to get rid of them through internalizing positivity in our minds, maybe bit by bit.
Dare to be in a position to create a favourable situation rather than suffer from the difficulties imposed by our surroundings. When there is financial instability, the remedy is to create an extra flow of money and not be an impulsive consumer at the same time.
Let us say no to fear and yes to facing what lies in our way.
Remember, any event, big or small, good or bad, is not the last one.
