Being stuck in a rut is a slow process, which is often not realised by the sufferer himself or herself. The reasons are many, but there are some common symptoms that require our attention.
We have all observed that when the wheel of a vehicle goes deeper in mud, we apply more force to bring it back to a normal surface. Here, the wheel is stuck in a rut. This force is not effective until we resort to other techniques.
It is imperative to know what happens when some of us get stuck in static situations.
1. They feel bored and completely exhausted after coming back from work. They do the same activities day after day. There has been no addition to job content or any other change or a long time.
2. They are not ready to migrate to other activities or accept higher responsibilities. They stick to their ssignments, being versatile with ins and outs.
3. Any kind of discomfort is not acceptable. They refer to maintain the same culture, traditions, and group of people.
4. They are inclined to seek problems; that’s what they o. There is no effort to resolve even genuine difficulties.
5. They are least interested in events and episodes around them until their wn lives are influenced.
6. They are not attracted by the flora and fauna spreading their beauty around them and remain confined to limited settings.
7. They are afraid to move in unknown settings and meet strangers. All these activities are burdensome for them.
8. Always feel inadequacy and redundancy, even in normal work.
9. Start losing confidence but hesitate to accept the realities.
10. Ever remain reluctant to get support from others.
Once deficiencies are known or identified, it is easy to apply remedial measures. Life is precious. Make every day charming.
