conditions for transformation in our lives
There are some genetic and more environmental factors that influence our thoughts, habits, decisions, and actions throughout our entire life span.
All traits, like love, hate, likes, dislikes, fears, and passions, are modified from time to time. An ordinary person becomes supreme, and a top individual falls to the bottom. Rises and falls are not the exception but the rule of how things happen, in the larger schemes of this world.
The pertinent point is how to ensure overall betterment in our surroundings and even beyond the visible sphere.
Transformation starts with the individual. Strong people form strong groups. This is as true as day and night.
The willingness of an individual is a must to be a better version, and the status quo must be challenged by the individual himself or herself. All have the potential to grow further, irrespective of their present position. Let us accept this reality without a grain of doubt.
As pointed out, environmental factors, including culture and traditions, play a dominant role in nurturing individuality. Most of us lead our lives according to the patterns we inherit. Only a few of us dare to move in conformity with the needs of the time. When we are bowed down by the circumstances, we can’t move beyond our boundaries.
There are some common traits in all of us that become explicit when we start standing, talking, and learning many new behaviours as a child at home. We don’t bother with the cautions and are not afraid of falling or missing the steps. These daring approaches start diminishing as we grow older. Some of these strong behaviours are retainable, and those who retain them get more in life as compared to others.
In free environments, there are more opportunities to grow. Imposing limitations, inside or outside, in one form or another is not helpful for building up strong individuals, groups, or organisations.
