Rising before sunrise is a celebration.

Most of the things are now operating for twenty-four hours, involving manpower across the globe. The difference between night and day is getting narrower. People are accustomed to new normals. So talking about "morning" in this twisted scenario seems less relevant. Nevertheless, some aspects deserve consideration when looking at the bigger picture of the pattern of nature.
Despite all the pressures on managing round-the-clock activities, the majority of people get time to sleep in the night as usual, with a choice of being an early riser or a late riser. A disturbing trend has developed among people of all ages, particularly youths, to go to bed after midnight because of scrolling on screens or other useless engagements. This habit has caused many people to miss mornings in bed without any remorse. Rather, some feel perfect with this lifestyle.
"Lose an hour in the morning, and you will spend all day looking for it." Richard Whately
Morning is the hour to welcome the sunrise. Birds are saying goodbye to darkness. Flowers are ready with a sweet fragrance. Stars are to become invisible soon. Small creatures are also on the move, here and there. Probably all are reminding us to awaken and enjoy the greatness of nature.
Dawn demands that we witness the beauty of time between deep darkness and the arrival of sun rays. It is time to express gratitude, be in rhythm with nature, and get spiritual energy before migrating to the active moments of the day. In these peaceful moments, be grateful for the opportunity to complete tasks from yesterday. This is the best time to fill our minds with positive vibes and make ourselves move with great force.
The salient features of the morning hours are:
■ Concentration is high.
■ Memory is fast.
■ Ideas flow,
■ Intuitions emerge
■ Thoughts are regulated.
■ Time for self-talk and sensing things deeply.
■ Pleasant freshness in the air.
■ Feeling accomplished
■ We are self-compassionate.
When we are okay, we must not miss the morning so as to live life more than others.
"Some people dream of success, while other people get up every morning and make it happen." Wayne Huizenga
We normally feel more satisfied when we live within the parameters defined by nature.
Our days are generally destroyed by endless assumptions, not staying in the present, a short temper, and following the faulty opinions of others. Most of the assumptions are untrue. But habitually, we again assume what is not likely to happen. When we are exhausted, we map deficiencies to this nuitrient or that element and a lot more. Finally, it is learned that the cause is the loss of interest in the job at hand and does not relate to the physiological systems.
The morning is mighty. Never allow it to go empty. Then what to do?
Keep faith-oriented dawn activities in place. It is the moment to look inward. Added to this, look towards the beauties of nature around our dwellings, see backyard gardens, view roadside trees, visit playgrounds, watch moving clouds, go around crops in the field, hear the sound of waterfalls, and anything like this.
Learning is a life-long activity. Accommodate some learning in the morning for quick effect.
Don’t forget to express gratitude, counting all our blessings and conveniences. It is like a fuel that keeps us active for the rest of our waking hours.
Being active in the early hours of the day ensures that we make the best use of the whole day. If we are passive during the day, then early rising is just a show and not meaningful.
Just before sleep, have a glance at the activities of the day and go for sound and adequate sleep.

In short

The morning is the best time to be connected with nature. It is time to acknowledge our own worthiness. It is time to get ourselves filled with fresh energy and vitality. Enjoy the morning every day and see how life unfolds.
