Denial of the realities of life equals destroying oneself.

The majority of things around us are subjective. We are educated, but when we look at others, many are uneducated. We face darkness when the light is off. Someone is tall as compared to people of average height.
This subjectivity tells many things about the realities of our survival and forwardness, or status quo, including suffering and joy.
We think in absolute terms, for whatever causes us grief or goodness. It is absurd. Natural arrangements are full of diversity, inequalities, myths, and surprises. We want to standardize them, streamline them, and invite restlessness.
To know what a human life means, in all epochs, many theories are on record. Most of the old theories still resonate with today’s scenario, and we practice them.
Shakespeare wrote about people and situations, and we in the 21st century are relating them to make our lives impactful.
We are quoting the secrets of the life of great people living centuries and centuries ago in all walks of life and sailing boats of the present day’s life, mostly safely.
Problems arise when we deny the realities of life and seek evenness in all matters in all conditions, whatever we encounter.
"The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek." Joseph Campbell
Things not aligning with our understanding—narratives, patterns, and what we have been told—are rejected without striving to know the roots and reasoning of what is bothering us today.
Verily, we are not ready to accept the truths of life. We are afraid that the concepts we have framed for a long time will crumble. It may be that these concepts are acquired by absorbing something in the prevailing systems, as all others were doing.
We are emotional beings, and whatever is happening—pleasant or unpleasant—emotions force us to accept it as such.
Most of the things running through our minds are assumptions and prejudices. There is no effort to know the facts and the context. Errors persist, and we defend them as our treasure of knowledge.
"The first problem for all of us, men and women, is not to learn but to unlearn." Gloria Steinem
Unlearning is the most invisible phenomenon in the societal atmosphere to which many of us belong. In the absence of the unlearning of faulty concepts and formulas of life, learning becomes motionless in our pursuit to be a better individual.
Great promises in the happiest moments and making hasty decisions when under pressure are common errors, but most of us are not keeping away from these emotional traps.
Even simple troubles halt the whole scenario of our cherished dreams. Why? We are weak from the inside. We don’t realize that trouble comes to test our strengths.
We want everything in life: health, happiness, harmony, heir, highness, and honour. We may get some, we may miss some, and many are just wishes.
Many of us are marginalized because we blame others for all our troubles in life. The truth is unbearable for such people. They remain glued to what others are prescribing for their lives.
We are indeed alone, but we have family, relatives, and supporters, which creates the feeling that we are not alone. While thinking a little deeper, examine whether it is loneliness. This is a real picture. These moments keep someone moving forward, and many of us get stuck.
Life is wonderful. Some are working on wonders, and others just keep thinking about how it happened.
What are today’s scenarios? It is a page from the Book of Life. Write or do something that people will want to read or follow. Let it be an uneasy reality.
Only the things we have done with our hands and with some difference are going to be remembered and likely to define our purpose in life.
Truths are hard to accept, but they open the doors of possibilities for all, even at the bottom.
Dare to say, "I am wrong today," so that inevitable corrections come to make our lives sensible.
