Differences in thinking can be complementary, not contradictory.
Welcome the differences to enriching perspectives
Human thinks. They think regularly. What they think and how much they think is a different matter.
Thoughts remain wavering at high speed, while thinking is a deliberate and slow act.
I constantly think about my life today, tomorrow, and yesterday. I also think about how people might be thinking about their lives, particularly what they are or what they have to be.
I infer that people think about their insecurities more often than the securities they have.
In free time, problems take up more space than thinking about probable solutions, especially for folks unaware of the causes of happenings around the globe.
On many occasions, people differ on my views about the present scenario, what happened in the past, and what is likely to happen. So, the discussion lingers without any fruitful takeaways.
I am accustomed to such a range of thinking, contradictions, and differences because I prefer to think differently. I am aware that it is natural to differ in the opaque matter.
I notice some people agreeing with all that I think as if they are not willing to look into what I say. It is often disgusting for me.
In a group, not differing on any point implies that members are not serious or are not daring to disagree.
Remember, having some different views is possible only when people are aware of or interested in knowing about events, affairs, opportunities, and threats.
The atmosphere of disagreement provides opportunities to examine the matter from different angles. It creates a process of fine-tuning and shapes things better.
On some occasions, people participate in the process just for attendance. It makes no sense. They are incapable of adding value to the process or reluctant for some other reason.
In some groups' work, there is no freedom to make inquiries. The opportunity to make relevant and actionable changes is thus lost.
Let the people disagree, and let the people inquire into matters that are not to derail the process but to add significance to what I think, in any capacity, whether at home, in an office, or outside.
On many occasions, loss is averted because something was not pushed forward due to differences in the association of people by any name.
Thinking is a power. At times, thinking appropriately makes the impossible possible. It lights up the future.
Once we hear others, they start thinking broadly. The most common example is kids whose mindset grows in the environment in which they are allowed to speak. Otherwise, they go recessive.
When someone is thinking, he is sure he is thinking rightly. When others are not submitting, he gets frustrated.
In such situations, spare some moments to think that I may be wrong. Accept that I do not know the full facts.
Just review what you think, and a new version is most likely to emerge in no time.
You rarely think that there may be some linkages among different views. You don’t try to connect them. So differences persist.
Know that there is something more interesting in the mess of information, the construction of opinions, the range of fears, and the interpretation of things. You need to trace them.
You must not ignore what others are prescribing. Sometimes, low-profile people give eye-opening advice. It proves to be complementary to your thinking.
""""""""""""""
I think. I ask people to think. Being odd in the group is not to be taken as rejection. I use it as an occasion to think a little higher. I go upstream to know the roots of the matter.
Pondering paves the path to possibilities. We are all getting opportunities to think. Use it meticulously.
