Embrace creativity and exclude rigidity.
Many things that are unthinkable today will become realities in the decades to come. There is no doubt or dilemma about this hypothesis. Just half a century ago, many things were beyond the grasp of mankind but are now part of our lifestyles. It is creativity that makes the impossible possible. It happens at all places and in all situations. Recall that only thoughtful individuals with a high level of determination have been changing the landscapes, century after century. 
Also know that creativity is not compulsion. Something comes to the mind of someone, and great things happen. 
Resources, education, and intelligence are not dominant factors, but keen observation is necessary to unearth the realities. Let us have penetrating eyes to see the things that were not seen by others. 
Children play with toys, applying their own techniques to arrange the pieces differently. It is creativity. For all ages, creativity is enjoyable. Here, process matters more than end results. 
Let us begin with small changes in homes, offices, workplaces, and factories and note the difference. The persisting method of trial and error is still valid. We may lose something to reap the benefits in the days to come. 
Ideas play a tremendous role. Ideas may occur while walking, sitting, travelling, swimming, driving, and what not. 
Our ideas give birth to creativity. Creativity at the microlevel is not less important. Creativity helps increase efficiency and boost productivity. 
It is rigidity that tells us to be unchanged. Rigidity doesn’t allow us to change the conditioning. We do not dare to think differently. Flexibility pays. Be flexible and feel the dynamic moments, one after another.
