Feelings come to act,not just for generalizing.
==================
There are numerous circumstances in my life when I have changed my perception of people, places, episodes, possibilities, threats, and the roots of many problems, almost every day or at quick intervals. I believe it happens to all of us. I was told that someone was too egoistic, but in reality, when I met him, people’s perceptions of that person were erratic, in my opinion.
Many of us are masters at generalizing the factors of anything happening around us—the actions or reactions of people with whom we come into contact—to suit our own wisdom or biases, and eventually, the whole scenario is diluted.
We are supposed to assess happenings as realistically as possible. We have to have genuine feelings, not the feelings imposed by others. We must spare time to understand the gravity of any matter and be neither too afraid nor too negligent about what we encounter or are likely to face.
We feel cold and take safety measures. We feel hurt by the words of someone and remain alert not to repeat the same situation. We are disciplined because we have felt its value. In one day, there are countless feelings, and we behave to satisfy those feelings. This is the cycle of how a person makes her or his life better or not.
When a feeling is personal, it is normally taken seriously. When it is data or information, feeling is diluted. We have a general realization that children in some places are illiterate and live in poor hygienic conditions. We are not as serious about it as the situations demand, though we are capable of doing something. It is a generalized feeling.
In other words, the same event can cause jerks or joy for different people at separate locations. It is a play of feelings at that moment, shaped by programming in our minds.
The point of discussion is the tendency to dilute the meaning of something wrong with others and exaggerate if it happens in person.
The habit of generalizing all sorts of feelings adversely impacts the power of own thinking deeply, and consequently, a person remains indifferent.
We are superior to other creatures because nature has gifted humans with huge powers of thinking and interpretation. Our feelings are the waves that modify our thinking. Our thinking decides courses of action, or we are to be silent individuals.
Feelings come to seek solutions. For any reason, we miss reaching that level and remain grappling with problems.
Let us be solution-minded. We are capable of handling any issue, provided we are participants.
