Focus on "I" before influencing "we."
We don’t know "what I may become." The common scenario is like this:
I have put a brake on our learning.
I don’t know the purpose of unlearning.
I have forgotten to challenge our static position.
I have not upgraded our skills.
I have not worked on our strength.
I have allowed weaknesses to reign.
I am afraid to venture into the unknown.
I very often express our pain in plenty.
I miss small moments of joy and happiness.
I hate the person more than his bad things.
I am reluctant to meet strangers.
I am paying scant attention to good things.
I don’t know the importance of "one day" in life.
I skip the hard tasks and difficult paths.
I wish many well without taking any right action.
I hesitate to ask anything to clear up confusions.
I do unproductive work without any bad feelings.
I am not daring to accept the realities.
I follow the traditions as part of my beliefs.
I am shy about choosing an unknown profession.
I excessively trust others for our fortune.
I keep my ego high without pushing myself.
I am a seeker of praise without raising the bar.
The list is too long to describe. Many of us are suffering from the shortcomings listed above in one or more areas.
When we start boosting our strengths, many weak points are automatically sent to the dustbin.
That is why the focal point is "I" in all situations. Incidentally, we jump to "we" and "they" without staying on "I." The crux of all the ills in our lives is hidden here. We can improve ourselves bit by bit. The only condition is our willingness to get ourselves better without stopping at any phase of our lives.
I plus I plus I plus I make we. We, plus we, plus we, make them. Start at I, and then go forward.
