Game changers in our lives.
Our mental frame is almost full of variety by the age of 14 or so. It is a mix of good and bad in terms of our social or moral contexts. They are changeable when we monitor our feelings and thought processes in all phases of our lives.
Individuals, largely influenced by outside forces, often miss the ingredients of game-changers in their lives. When benchmarks are decided by opinions from friends, peers, and preachers, we usually forget our inner strengths and special qualities. Changing games starts from within, not from outside
It is our hands, voice, sights, listening, curiosity, and, above all, actions that make a difference.
We must learn soft skills such as adaptability, creativity, questioning, and confidence along with hard skills like technical knowledge, teaching, therapy, and farming to be stronger than our personalities. For this, we need a great deal of internal drive to move on from the present orbit to the next higher orbit.
The hard days are what make us stronger. Face these days with firmness. Any kind of regret for not being good enough is pointless. Well, we can not do everything but we can do something, and we may be better than others in one or two fields. Certainly.
We may make mistakes. But it compels us to do what is most suitable in the given conditions. See the issues in a wide spectrum, ignoring the harsh comments of the people watching our activities. Even if we are winners, people will talk about our faults. It is not our business to please others.
When we disagree with our own floating beliefs, we increase our energy to make a change. However, we must listen to our intuition, which is also known as our sixth sense. When recalling or facing something awkward, we get perturbed. It happens because we are agreeing to what happened . Start looking at things from different angles, and perspectives change.
Condition is one but descriptions and prescriptions are many. When opinions are sought, simple issues often become intricate. Analytical thinking lead us to some solution. We should take opinions as raw materials and not facts. Filter all opinions before acceptance. Spare time for this.
Getting things done is a habit. Adding faculties instead of facilities helps. Our minds are unpredictable—sometimes calm and mostly stormy. Unpack a variety of toxic messages from our minds to increase calmness.
Almost all of us are chasing name, fame, and power, to be recognised as successful. But it is an illusion. Of course, we need financial soundness, social recognition, and the ability to emerge as exemplary individuals, but all these tags carry different standards and meanings.
In all conditions , we must be crazy to be beneficial for many and make a wide impact. This is the essence of sensible living.
