Getting all things clear before we begin
All variables are not clearly known in all cases. Most of the time, ambiguity persists in our plans and their execution. It is not a cause for worry. Rather it is an opportunity to think about next possible steps extensively. 
Mismatch is possible, and we have to find out what that is. If an operator is not skilled enough to operate a recently introduced machine, the remedy is to upgrade the operator’s skill. It is so simple.
In all domains, something is unknown, some links are missing, there is a staff shortage, costs are rising, the market for products is not getting momentum, and there are a variety of issues every time. All these situations demand only one thing: how to get the best results under stressful conditions. 
Managing resources, technology, manpower, the market, and current policies have to be brought under one umbrella. It is management. This skill makes a person capable of getting the desired result even under constraints. 
 Beginning matters. We keep a good scheme pending, saying that there are ambiguities and things are not clearly defined. There are some loopholes here and there. It is okay. Now, it is our task to fix those loopholes to the extent possible. Not starting a project on small issues amounts to nipping the bud before it is allowed to bloom. 
Some new conditions emerge as we work on our tasks. These things are to be adjusted. It is a test of our caliber and intelligence. Upgrade ourselves to meet the unforeseen. We grow when we face unexpected challenges. When we are ready, obstacles become our paths for moving forward.
