Gratitude shifts our perspective on life.
Gratitude is expressed on certain occasions with varying degrees of sincerity. Maximum People are not aware of the power of gratitude. People who are aware are expressing gratitude at the maximum moments every time.
It is very difficult to encompass the benefits of gratitude, but some are enumerated below:
1. When we express gratitude, the tide of happiness instantly rushes in.
2. Gratitude is the gate to all virtues.
3. Gratitude forces the fear to go away.
4. Gratitude is a conscious decision.
5. Gratitude makes our burdens manageable.
6. Gratitude is expressed in two or three words, but its impact is tremendous and long-lasting.
7. Gratitude helps us accept the realities, despite all odds.
8. Gratitude is a matter of habit, and it needs to flow freely.
9. Gratitude is not tied to any expectations but is always rewarded abundantly.
10. Gratitude shows our level of manners and etiquette.
11. Gratitude will destroy our speed of complaining about everything.
Let us strive to find things for which to be thankful. Let us be thankful to people and items we consume for hassle-free and safe travel, for being physically fit, for living consciously, for attending jobs, for the completion of projects, and what not.
When we firmly believe that life is a gift and that it is made of thousands of breaths per day, expressing gratitude should flow like moving vehicles without gears.
Saying "thank you" after a thought and uttering it without any processing makes a lot of difference in impact.
