Growing internally is harder than just claiming to be tall.

Days, months, and years come and go. Childhood, youth, adulthood, and old age are the normal classifications of the span of human lives. Surprisingly, we hear the old days were good. It is highlighted that old people are being ignored in the present social structure. The concept of helping others is eroding. There are many other wild narratives circulating in society, in all cultures.
I am not to endorse or reject these running commentaries about human lives in this article, but to dig into the matter from different angles.
I strongly believe that changes are happening as humans are exploring many things continuously, and the practical approach demands that we be in sync with them.
If we are insecure, deficient, or shaky, we can’t blame our background or circumstances. In fact, we have failed to make the right decisions at the appropriate time and also did not modify our choices when required. It was our responsibility to grab opportunities, but we took no notice of that.
In order to cover up their basic deficiencies, people show the stuff to the outsider, and they boast about raising comforts and first in availing new products and services to the market.
The highness of an illiterate person about his luxury personal vehicle is exposed when her or his body language is unsupportive. It is not hypothetical, but true.
We claim to be serious about improving living conditions around our area of influence, but widening gaps between rich and poor tells the whole story.
A student claiming too much about preparation blames a change in test patterns for not scoring sufficiently.
The integrity of a person is questioned when her or his actions are at odds with principles and core values.
Intelligence is examined when we fail to resolve personal or professional disputes and fall into the trap of jealous people.
Actions tell the world who we are in reality. Words may help for a while, but people count on our actions.
Growing from our inner selves takes years, while it takes hardly a day to present to the viewers what we are not. We must grow in our good intentions and positive thoughts. We must regulate our emotions. We must ignore irrelevant issues. We must forgive to reduce pressure on our minds.
Instead of claiming, let our work speak. Self-improvement is possible only when we commit to it. One is recognized and remembered by specialization in behavior, not by being a piece in crowds.
When we find okay in all respects, matter goes awry. Nobody is too great. Someone may be powerful, but not kind. We are insanely hoarding physical entities, crushing the interest of others. We feel shy about accepting our obvious faults. We are hugely dependent on others. We simply laugh at others without ascertaining their genuine reasons.
We are waiting for our opponents to be weak without acting to boost our strengths.
 Note that
We may befool others by glittering ourselves for some time. But we can’t escape the realities for a long time.
Let virtues grow and vices decline. Be strong from inside instead of shining in outer forms. Grow little by little to develop a lot of virtues.
