An empty mind attracts bad stuff, so keep feeding good ones.

Human life is a struggle, but normally on two fronts: education and then income. In other words, real life is ready for exhibiting the big picture, but a large section of people keep themselves limited in their actions, just to survive and adjust.
"The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds, unlike our bodies, can continue growing as we continue to live." Mortimer Adler.
Learning is as essential as routines of sleeping, walking, eating, and pursuing employment for anyone, at any place.

Education is a tool that reveals how little you know and also sheds light on opportunities ahead when entering as a solo actor in life.
Thus, no education, courses, or degrees are enough.
Practical life goes through unknown territories, full of uncertainties and unscheduled turns.
The remedy is consistent learning that is a permanent ally that brings ease once life shakes or life loses direction.
"Lack of direction and not lack of time is the problem." Zig Ziglar
Regular learning creates threads that weave past and future, decorating the whole picture with the present.
Then the natural questions are what to learn, where to learn, when to learn, how to learn, and finally how much to learn.
As this article itself covers "why learning is so essential," there is thus no separate paragraph on why.

What to learn
In a few words, I can say that you may start expanding your learning in which you have an interest, then enlarge it to related topics and then seek answers to questions, persisting as ambiguity and further to what is surprisingly unknown.

Where to learn
Anywhere, anytime, anyway, and anything.
At the bus stop, while purchasing groceries, while commuting, in the moments of get-together, in the office, in the club, in chaos, in calm, in bed, while driving, chatting with kids, in solitude, or any other situation.

When to learn
In any stage of life—adolescence, youth, adulthood, old age. Toddlers are not included as they learn to walk, talk, and eat with their special natural gifts.
Both males and females are equally competent to learn languages, professional skills, and life skills, as leaders, executives, academics, or as they choose.
Individuals learn more at the stage of what roles they are playing, like daughters, sons, mothers, fathers, uncles, aunts, grandparents, or something else, provided they pay attention to the details of important actions, reactions, emotions, and untoward.

How to learn
There is no fixed route. Anyone can take any route to keep learning and expanding awareness. There is no specific material or method to prescribe for higher learning.
For the educated, self-learning is a hassle-free mode. Books, magazines, digital platforms, projects, research, coaching, and preaching are useful supporting materials and methods.
For them, the world of learning is wide and deep.
Uneducated masses are applying experiences, listening to what they need, and reflecting on all that comes into their lives. These tools provide good opportunities to widen their understanding and perspectives as they grow.
Uneducated people can create their own routes to ensure sensible living. They are capable of examining what truly matters to them.

How much to learn
There is no end to learning. Learn as much as you can to enrich yourself to deal with real-life situations effectively.
Knowing more is never harmful, provided it is not misused to win the games of life.
Remember that I am not talking about perfection. We are all imperfect. Accept it. Learning just keeps enhancing our awareness, easing our sorrows, pushing forward, and leading us to what is better.
Conquer frustration arising out of discrimination, humiliation, stagnation, and oppression through your actions. And learning is the weapon to deal with all these setbacks. Then success is not far off.

Learning equips one to move from existing to exhibiting. Varied turbulence in our minds is addressed while we raise our awareness.
Expand your feelings so that you keep the graph of learning in ascending order.
Adhering to aloofness may provide short-term relief, but it makes your life unworthy in the long run.

Right now, where to look:
(Just a few doses on learning.)
● "You reclaim your power by loving what you were once taught to hate." Bryant McGill
● "Being a man or woman is a matter of birth. Being a man or woman who makes a difference is a matter of choice." Byron Garrett.
● "The life in front of you is far more important than the life behind you." Joel Osteen
● "Change the way you look at things, and things you look at change." Wayne Dyer
● "What I believe is a process rather than finality." Emma Goldman
And also
● "Do not let making a living prevent you from making a life." John Wooden

In the end:
It is to add that any explanation of what you significantly lack is stigma and not strengths, irrespective of your background and belonging.
Keep learning every day, from minuscule to massive, depending on the conditions you are in.
