Let the errors occur, but not stay.
Nobody is born a scholar. In the same surroundings, one person is raised to an extraordinary position, and another person fails to make any impact. In this short essay, visible and prominent factors are traced that cause people to be insignificant, even if attempts were made to make them noticeable individuals.
Common factors may be broadly grouped into two categories:
 External factors
 Internal factors
Let us know the external factors first.
 1. Motivation
It works to ignite dormant minds, but there is no force to transfer that start into momentum. We start a vehicle and do something to keep it moving and accelerating. Motivation can make someone alert, but it can’t supply them with continuous energy to move forward.
 2. Competition
Humans are highly influenced by healthy or unhealthy competition. Healthy competition opens the path to something better, and unhealthy competition leads to something worse. Choose healthy competition to get ourselves fully energised.
3. Problems
We are experts at counting problems and making excuses. No high-class coaching; not free from small daily chores; invasion of guests; frequent other distractions; and what not are the common spectrum to cover up our own deficiencies.
4. Giving up
This is the worst kind of tendency, which is the alternative to people having no patience. People draw a conclusion like this: Out of 100 aspirants, ten get success. They count themselves in the herd of ninety and are not in the group of ten. Frustration is followed by shifting the goals of life. An important path is blocked forever, but the sorry state of affairs persists.
5. Social pressure
Some people ask out of jealousy, some out of sympathy if things are not happening as expected. Losers evade meeting other people or have lengthy explanations for lagging behind. Feel shy while standing before the siblings or friends, though outsiders are genuinely assessing the potential of losers.
6. The world within a few careers
In many cultures, people choose five to ten paths as promising careers, and they are not aware of the new dimensions that are added every year across the globe. Careers are not at all limited to a few. If someone is not good at writing, he is speaking well. Someone who is not a scientist is a good coach today.
Now look at the internal factors.
1. Ignore what others are saying.
We are worrying too much about the negative propaganda of people around us. Ignore them. It is better to have all of these criticisms strengthen our mission.
2. Don’t get too worked up about past failures.
Repetition and retrying are never bad for anyone. Face failures. Fear not mistakes and errors. Errors occur. Errors are opportunities to learn how to do something better. Mr. A could not have solved a numerical problem in a test because of the wrong application of the formula. Afterwards, this question was solved five times during spare time. Now the chance of error is fully ruled out. In this way, we elevate our confidence and increase the chance of brilliant success in our next attempt.
3. Change the strategies, not the goalposts.
Most of us change our goals and surrender to circumstances. While keeping the goals intact, if necessary, change the methods and increase the degree of devotion.
4. Explore what works better.
Some people are hard workers, some are smart workers, and some have both qualities. Just assess what is working and what is not working and build up your own strategies. Let us believe that all strategies are equally effective.
5. Don’t copy others blindly.
We give examples of people who are successful in particular fields. Some say he was of this style, and others say he was of that style. Listen to it, but do not imitate it. Just be on our own track and take all this discussion to be sure of rewards for those who dare.
6. Find out about typical deficiencies and correct them.
Some are nervous before starting to speak; some are panicked to see the sea of faces; some are thinking about being out of race before entering the hall; and some are not telling the truth about deficiencies. The sufferer has to correct the positions themselves. Others are not competent to solve internal problems.
7. Don’t accept defeat.
Now we have to be self-convinced that I will get what I have to get. When others can do it, why not "I"?
8. Learn to live in the present.
Think of today. Complete work of today. If things happened as planned. Okay. Otherwise, meet the gap the next day. Don’t spend the whole day explaining what went wrong yesterday.
9. Visualise the position to be gained.
It is a little tough exercise but fruitful. If we have a big picture of being in a higher position, visualise this ranking every day as if we were in such a room with all systems working around us.
10. Focus on strengths.
We are not focusing on our strengths. Leverage our strengths to the maximum. Giving more space to strengths reduces the space for weaknesses, and we feel like we are growing every day.
11. Give 100% to the main agenda.
Take charge of life in our own hands. Others are free to suggest measures, but don’t allow them to monitor our activities from moment to moment. Focus on what we want to achieve this month and this year. Do ancillary work when we need to change our position from our main engagement.
Conclusion:
Nothing is impossible, no matter what we decide to do. Anyone can develop their own strategies and show others a new path to success.
