Our aspirations have complex dimensions.
Our desires have no boundaries. Our ambition varies, and our desire moves from one end to another. It is in sync with human nature. It takes time to decide what is right and what may not be good for the future. The moment our aspirations are settled for something, we move along that path, seeking satisfaction and happiness apart from meeting socioeconomic requirements. Once satisfaction is achieved, most of us become complacent and remain confined in the same direction. Progress gets halted. Once we reach one milestone, we should shift our focus to the next milestone and keep marching ahead. Satisfaction is a temporary feeling, and normally we aspire for higher rewards, one after another. Halt is a place to enjoy and get some energy for the paths still to be covered. The point of life is not to sit in one position and watch how others play their roles. We have to decide our own roles and be participants in human activities toward making this world better than what we got. All individuals are important in any system of operation, as we see in a family set up at the micro level. Roles also change as we grow older. Our hunger for more must persist to achieve higher points of satisfaction, stage by stage. We must demand more from our lives and keep the length of satisfaction expanding like a rubber band.
