Our choices have myriad consequences.
We rarely realise the power of our choices. School, stream, profession, home, transport, and laptop—all have been our choices. Whether we are elevated for our right choices or feel dejected for inferior choices, everything has been the outcome of our choices since the beginning. Even today, we are going to opt for something out of many alternatives. This is applicable for all the days to come for all classes of people, literate or illiterate. We can’t move a step without making decisions about what is to be done. The secret is that we can choose the better way; we may correct our wrongdoings to a greater extent; we may act to be better than others. The way we are altering our residences' interiors, we can also reprogram our connections in our minds. We have an array of practises for this reprogramming of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Many people are unaware of reprogramming exercises. We need to tell them about these secrets. We always curse the bad consequences. The moment we accept that it is our creation, our emotions take a turn. Our positive vibes come to play their role. We feel differently. Typically, we work on managing consequences, which is rarely fruitful. We must ascertain the roots of the matter and then decide what the best course of action is. Take an example. We take painkillers to feel temporary relief. It is okay. But we can’t get a permanent solution until we address the maladies in any part of the body. Say somebody is hungry. The cause is that he is not earning a living. If he is trained about raising dairy animals, the problem is solved. Being unskilled was the choice of that hungry person. Getting no food was the consequence. Being skilled was the alternative. The result is happiness on his face. So, we have to be careful about our choices. In cases of adverse outcomes, it is necessary to know the reasons. It is a little crucial work, but the remedy is here.
