Real-life skills are hard to learn and harder to apply, and so the vacuum persists.
You are capable of creating your reality. Do you affirm?
You create as you think, speak, and act. Maybe you have a unique voice, the power to adapt, a love for art, a gift as an athlete, no xenophobia, are excited to help others, and so on.
The tough question in life is how to live. The answer for many people is shaping and reshaping the design of life themselves consistently.
I am seizing on this question, but the answer is still vague. What has been done and what can be done in the remaining days of life are keeping me struggling to live fully. I always find some missing points, and churning is going on. Probably this is real life or life in action.
It is amazing to specify that there are no standard questions that are prescribed for a person to answer in real life. They are neither predictable nor uniform. They are not taught in schools or institutions.
Every day, there are new questions without any formulas to solve them. You have to devise formulas as you deem fit.
We see people living in luxury and abundance, but they are stressed to the extreme. Where is happiness in them? Are they living a real life? Surely no.
The majority rely on their power, possessions, recognitions, and elevation, believing to be in that way for life. It proves to be an illusion, sooner or later. They look at things like dreams when sliding down.
Conflict with co-residents, differences with fellows in office, tugs for ranking in social order, disputes among spouses, rifts in friendship, differences of opinions among siblings, and losing respect in communities—all are common phenomena in all cultures and classes. All are complaining and not interested in arriving at agreeable solutions.
To create reality, you have to control yourself every time and more in tough times. Magic lies here, but the majority are delinquent.
Burning a candle has the power to wipe out darkness. Your possessions keep you in darkness. You have to ignite the light, which is in your inner self.
What is that inner self?
It is the sum of your feelings, emotions, desires, values, beliefs, feedings to your mind, biases, and assumptions.
The inner self is completely intangible. Repeated actions and practices can help to have some grip over it.
There is one cause of human failure. And that is man’s lack of faith in his true self, says William James.
You are living with regrets without regard for your innate power. Your inner power shows the direction of possibilities. Even if you are averse to change, just think that change is certain. Either you create new situations or abide by the ordeals of running circumstances.
The second question is about facing real-life situations when we are not prepared. It is not exactly preparation but a state of readiness to face what comes in your way of living and working.
Every man is the architect of his future, says Appius Claudius.
