Realisations come from narratives.
When we do not take anything seriously, we will remain in the same position in life. This is the basic reason why people face scarcity, illness, injustice, discrimination, and many other sorts of inferiority from generation to generation.
No matter what our age, gender, class, or look, responsible individuals are framing attractive narratives to change the minds of deprived classes from frustration to forward-looking in all walks of life. At some places, the efforts are fruitful, but mostly people hear and forget them again and again.
When narratives are not retained, there is no point in expecting the desired changes. All things happen like pouring water on a stone when not a single drop goes inside the body of the stone. When narratives are not absorbed, the mind keeps functioning as usual, in preprogrammed mode.
While talking to people with adamant mindsets, it transpires that they are fully convinced that what they have learned is all right, and people above them are based on their luck, inheritance, special qualities, connections, and some miracles. The matter ends here.
The period of the 20s is crucial to placing a person with a fixed mindset on the right track. This is also the time to ignore even the most powerful advice. The records of high achievers indicate that they had clear goals, minimal distractions, believed in their own strengths, and did not blame outside forces, for any shortfalls.
Thus, the major drawback is seeking miracles from all external forces and never working on one’s own internal strengths to make amazing things happen.
When we are not ready to think about anything that occurs to us, then the preaching of even high standards will not work.
Let us start pondering an issue, big or small. We have enough time to do it, but we are not at all attracted, because the recognition for correction is completely missing. We become what and how we think, but we never realise that phenomenon in its real sense.
Let us be clear: we get what we try to get. Nature is ready to support us provided we dare to forego our comforts of living in known surroundings, eating our choices, sleeping in a particular place, and moving with old friends.
Our subconscious mind is adding and deleting many things from moment to moment. Now, it is in our hands what we are feeding our minds and how much we are ready to unlearn from what was wrongly fed to our minds, so far.
In one line, a change occurs, but we have to drive it on a regular basis. And the pivot is whether we are ready to change.
We can do ateast one thing. Stop blaming others for what happens to us. This will certainly make a difference in the shortest period of time.
