Responsibility is the first rung of reputation. 
We all like to be known well in our area of influence. We also know that nothing is fulfilled without identifying our tasks and acting on them without any excuses. Simply wishing brings no wonders. The better version is dreaming. In dreaming, there is a force that reminds us of our dreams. Once we decide our role, we must be ready to deliver on our promises. It is the responsibility to which we are committed. We act, and we achieve. Yes, many fears come to our mind between the start of any task and its conclusion. At times, forces of negativity are so strong that people give up on tasks half done or a few steps before touching the goalpost. They get exhausted. They drop their hopes. In short, these people are not committed to their tasks. If the aim is to create one’s own identity based on one’s own strengths, no barrier is greater than our boldness to go to our destination. The feeling of our responsibility toward home, office, business, society, or a larger landscape will not allow us to say "no" to our role. Let us play our role and deliver more than our promises. Let our role be known to the public. Let the people question us and advise us on fitness in our work. Accept healthy criticism. Responsibility of any sort is full of thrones. No responsibility is free from risks. Manage risks and continue to move on. In the case of some wrongs, learn the skill to correct them on time.
