Talent needs space to glow.
Most of us are blurred into shaping careers, seeking reasonable livelihoods, purchasing items to excel, maintaining balances in banks, and retiring or keeping away from responsibility. In this journey, the role of talent is limited in most instances. Such people function within prescribed rules, providing little or no space to flourish their talents. They remain in one field, ignoring the fact that their potential is largely untapped. They start counting gains in terms of accumulating money and things beyond need. They use talent partially to run the show. Thus, tasks with talents get less chance to meet, as tasks are closed-ended.
How many are assessing the gaps between what they are doing and what they are capable of doing? This is a tough question, and indeed, most of us have never thought of it. This is a point of evaluation where most of us regret it in the aftermath. If we live just vertically, we are likely to be out of horizontal growth. Vertical means growing in one field, and horizontal means remaining fully aware of our landscapes and using our potential extensively.
Talent, as we know, is an inner quality and a trait with which we are born. People possess talent, which varies in quantity and quality from person to person. In any case, how we use our talent is the biggest issue, and in this article, light is shed on how to give space to talent and keep struggling even in tough situations.
Talent refers to an aptitude.
Talent is to be used, not kept.
Talent is to be identified, not hidden.
Talent is sharpened to meet our demands.
Talent is for the truth, not the imaginary.
Talent empowers other traits.
Talent is a strong force that transforms our lives.
Someone is talented, but it remains nothing more than a narrative in the absence of determination to achieve more and more. Idle people never try to identify their talent and move in a path of excuses and noting the happenings to be jealous or depressed.
There is a long list of people who have done exceedingly well because they used talent as an ally, regardless of the field they chose. Take singing, architecture, philosophers, academicians, researchers, and travellers, and how they achieved the pinnacle in their fields.
When we do something we think we can’t do, our talent comes to our aid, and things happen.
Our talent formulates the pattern of our discipline, responsibility, risk-taking, courage, emotions, creativity, beliefs, likes, and dislikes. Based on these features, we decide the course of our action. Talent is required to be identified as early as possible so that individuals get a chance to construct their future on that foundation.
Talent + opportunities + determination = success.
Wherever we work with heavy limitations, our talent is the victim of those conditionings. Talent seeks liberty. Hard work creates spaces for talent. Talent remains inert in the absence of determination to move forward.
Minimum talent plus maximum exertion equals reasonable success.
Maximum talent plus minimum efforts equals bleak success.
Let talent, coupled with hard work, be the power of change in all walks of life.
