The conditions are corrected again and again.
Any fallout is not final. We are easily disturbed, considering that the situation is beyond correction. It is not like that. Like seasons, the circumstances also take a turn. We are happy, sad, hopeful, despairing, falling, and standing up. It is now in our hands: how to face the undesirable conditions.
Once perturbed for any reason, valid or imaginary, it is hard to get back to normal. It becomes fertile ground for overthinking and regrets. Overthinking breeds anxiety, helplessness, and darkness on the paths ahead.
The doses to overcome this kind of sadness are:
1. Accept that the outcome is our own creation. Focusing on this point works like water on fire.
2. We can’t stop reactions after we have taken some steps, even if we have rated them as right steps.
3. The possibility of correction exists every time and in all situations.
4. Once the root of the matter is identified, seeking a remedy becomes obvious.
5. We should not insist on correcting others because we don’t know what their hidden concepts are.
6. It is time to work on other soft options.
7. Avoid becoming a victim, even in tough situations. It elongates the span of sadness.
8. Don’t jump to immature conclusions.
9. Remember that wounds take their own time to heal.
10. We are not alone in facing the winds against us.
11. Believe that we are finally a winner. The word "believe" is like the roots of a tree below the surface, which are not seen but help the tree reach its potential.
12. Tough situations are akin to branches without leaves, when a tree is preparing to reemerge as full of leaves just after a while.
Think about finding ways to solve the problems, reminding ourselves that problems come with solutions, but invariably, it is our duty to explore them.
