The secret of conquest is concentration.

Keeping the mind in control is broadly termed concentration.
To understand the power of concentration in this noise of competition, I studied some students working on a common goalpost. In the end, I gathered that the key factor that played in their success or failure was their level of focus on their modes of preparation and their true diving in the process.
Going further, it was assessed that the impact of facilities, location, background, and environment on their scoring was invariably peripheral.
It was self-motivation that worked well instead of the pressure of peers or seniors.
Not only in studies, concentration, the secret of success, is equally evident in other areas like business, art, profession, farm, job, or any engagement.
The enemy of concentration is distraction. Wandering of mind is a natural phenomenon. We can’t wipe out distractions from our minds fully. But wandering can be caged.
The math is simple. To increase concentration, we have to keep distractions at bay. In practice, it is too difficult to go like this. That is why the success rate in any field is normally low.
While I am writing this post, my concentration is high. Once it is over, my mind wanders until I go to the next important thing. It is probably a common pattern that happens to all of us.
The good thing is that we may gain a high level of concentration by training our minds. It is the training of the mind that matters most in regulating impulses, emotions, and thoughts.
A weak mind is mostly an excuse. In fact, we are not ready to sacrifice the mode of easy living and ascribe it to a weak mind.
As the mind is, in the same rhythm we act.
The types of distractions vary from person to person.
In today’s scenario, scrolling has become a mighty source of mental distraction. The charming audio and videos on the screen will continue to multiply. Now, it is up to us to choose what is relevant and beneficial and what is not. If we detach ourselves from all non-beneficial inputs on screen, we get time to concentrate on what is important.
When we allow our ideas, imagination, and ambition to be ahead of all distractions, we are on track to success. We may prepare a daily plan of actions, minimizing the space of distractions.
"Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow." Robert T. Kiyosaki.
People claim they are clear about their mission and vision. Most of them assert to be intelligent. But their absence of focus on their prime work makes the schemes of life flop. They don’t know how to defy distractions.
"Stay focused, ignore the distractions, and you will accomplish your goals much faster.". Joel Osteen
Concentration is our real attention, as happens in doing practicals in physics or chemistry labs. .
Distraction gives joy to the mind as we see some preferred serials, going to meet friends without purpose, or long chats on mobile. Obviously, choosing concentration is never easy. We are mostly in a state where we have to decide what’s beneficial to us in the long run or what is harmful.
When we are consuming time on our selected activities, just think for a moment. Why not derive the benefits of our precious time and valuable energy? Why are we befooling ourselves just to say that we are on the job?
Concentration has the power to change the whole scenario. But we must know the technique of how to concentrate.
"If there are nine rabbits on the ground and you want to catch one, just focus on one." Jack Ma
The approaches to raising awareness and doing one thing at a time are quite different. Awareness spreads horizontally, while concentration is achieved by diving vertically.
Thus, there is no need to suspend awareness while looking at something deeply.
Awareness shows opportunities, and at the same time, concentration is needed to strike on one of them to achieve our goal.
A therapist prescribes the best solutions after studying the patient’s behaviours and symptoms. In this study, it is the concentration of the therapist that helps him diagnose correctly.

Let us concur.
The mind needs training to stop wandering.
Concentration is a dominant factor in achieving miracles.
We are capable of regulating our minds to keep our actions in order.
Focus is not possible in full measure without a lot of patience.
