A visionary is not afraid of what is going to happen tomorrow. He or she is living in the moment to make these moments memorable. This is the purpose of their lives. The world we live in today is on the move without any pause. We have to keep pace with changing scenarios at all costs.
Yes, tomorrow is not sure. But these bits of thinking must not drag us into any confusion. Be ready to face all uncertainties, which are likely to happen at any moment.
Normally, people continue to do something for two reasons:
1. They have a long-term vision.
Somebody is working on how to improve the literacy rate. It is most likely a whole-life project for them. They have to push up literacy. Such people are least bothered by fame or status, but they work on connecting kids and youths to education centres. They bear with the chaos in their surroundings and ignore the calls of indifferent people. They accept the situation and go ahead.
The Wright brothers might have asked," How can we fly like birds and floating clouds" . Finally, things happened in a far better way. Going back to the primitive stage, somebody sitting on stone might have transformed it into an axe or hammer to create more usable tools. They might have seen something as long-term. Because of that curiosity, the human race is still involved in discovery and creation across the globe.
Further, it is a fact that impacts spread only when we act persistently for a particular purpose. If we are not working towards a special purpose, we are not doing justice to our potential.
2. They have a reason (short-term).
Suffering a great loss in business, a poor ranking in a previous competitive exam, untapped vast resources, bitter comments on backwardness, or similar mishaps are the reasons for taking steps to change the scenarios. Without bothering about the possible turmoil of tomorrow, people tap the ideas, decide the goals, and march forward. Change comes only when we ask questions and go forward to find the answer. To bring light into the room, we have to slide curtains. It is so simple. It is all about making small choices and gradually making them massive.
Remember that there is no reward when there is no risk. Risk is to be managed, not feared. We become bold only when we discover our own coordinates.

It is not the resources, background, support, and connections that encourage anybody to do amazing work, but a decision to start from where they are and a feeling that they are capable of seeing the unseen.
What are the steps?
☆ Don’t generalise the feelings. Pinpoint something and begin.
☆ We have to sharpen our skills on a regular basis.
☆ We have to tackle what is stopping us from moving forward.
☆ Running on treadmills is not pushing forward. Ensure change and not only running here and there.
☆ Never think to go backward, even when toughness is equal to the darkness ahead.
☆ Always keep rewards in mind.
Even if there is no money, no career, and no praise, pursue your passion and get today’s tasks completed. Possibly, rewards are under some more layers of wrappers.
